There is a precise characterisation of factor congruences on a C-algebra with meet identity $T$. The characterisation of such congruences on a C-algebra with out $T$ is a difficult task. In this paper, we make such an attempt and we characterise the factor congruences on a C-algebra $A$ and identify these with certain elements or sets of elements of $A$.

In this paper, a good $\lambda$ estimate for the multilinear commutator associated to the singular integral operator on the spaces of homogeneous type is obtained. Under this result, we get the$(L^p(X),L^q(X))$-boundedness of the multilinear commutator.

In the present paper we introduced generalized difference sequence spaces combining lacunary sequences and Musielak-Orlicz function $\mathcal{M} = (M_k) $ over n-normed spaces and examine some properties of the resulting sequence spaces.
